About the role
- Work alongside a BDR to prospect opportunities that will connect our solutions with leads' needs. To do this, you will develop Outbound sales strategies and initiatives;
- Contribute to defining prospecting and deal-closing strategies;
- Present solution proposals to strategic clients with multi-product engagements;
- Collaborate with the marketing, LDR and BDR teams to optimize the entire outbound strategy and funnel.
Requirements
- Outbound experience with the ability to prospect new clients and develop strategies for market expansion;
- Experience with B2B sales at technology companies serving significant clients;
- Background in consultative selling, focused on understanding how solutions fit the lead’s context;
- Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured approach (SPIN Selling, BANT, Sandler, among others);
- Strong organization and planning skills to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
