About the role
- Support the definition and execution of the demand generation strategy (Inbound Marketing);
- Plan the campaign calendar and monitor MQL generation targets;
- Define offers, target audiences, and distribution across acquisition channels;
- Orchestrate the production of content, landing pages, and assets with internal teams;
- Monitor and analyze campaign and channel performance data, generating insights and continuous optimizations;
- Work collaboratively with Product Marketing and Brand teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Demand Generation and Inbound Marketing;
- Experience with digital campaigns and online acquisition;
- Knowledge of digital channels such as paid media and SEO;
- Familiarity with marketing and funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, conversion);
- Experience with data analysis and tools such as Power BI or Looker;
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, or agile contexts).
