About the role

  • Every month, hundreds of companies and agencies of various sizes and industries begin their journeys with our RD Station Marketing and RD Station CRM solutions seeking results.
  • Engage with these customers, understand the underlying issues, and win them back—reducing churn through MRR retention and by delivering value with our solutions.
  • Diagnose the customer’s situation/problem: quickly connect via call or Zoom with companies that have requested product cancellation.
  • Solution proposal: after diagnosis, align the customer's pain points and demonstrate how our solution can boost the results of their digital marketing and sales strategy.
  • Negotiation: retention can sometimes involve a new product/project sale and sometimes requires renegotiation of pricing and contractual terms.
  • End-to-end process ownership: follow the customer from the initial cancellation request, support their decision-making process, and bring the customer back into the active cycle.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in roles involving direct customer negotiations (pre-sales, sales, win-back/rescue, collections, renewals, Customer Success);
  • Resilience to handle difficult negotiations and overcome sales objections with persuasive skills;
  • Able to diagnose a company's situation and propose strategies that improve the client's business results;
  • Multi-tasker, capable of managing a high volume of requests.
  • Experience or coursework in Digital Marketing, Customer Success, or Inside Sales;
