About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage potential SMB (small and medium-sized business) customers through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, contact lists, and other creative channels);
  • Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and personalize outreach to connect with decision-makers;
  • Educate leads about RD Station’s mission and value proposition, generate interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team;
  • Overcome objections, manage expectations, and build trust-based relationships with prospects at multiple levels;
  • Collaborate with the SMB Sales team to align messaging, share insights, and define strategies for key accounts;
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline-generation targets;
  • Roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed — we win together!

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pre-sales;
  • Experience selling multiple products;
  • Strong commercial profile with a clear focus on sales, negotiation, and opportunity generation;
  • High resilience and emotional maturity to operate in a high-volume environment with cold outreach and frequent objections;
  • Ability to create connection and deliver value in conversations with companies that are unfamiliar with the solution or have not shown active interest;
  • Strong consultative communication skills combined with active listening and the ability to adapt messaging to the interlocutor’s profile;
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery (diagnostics), identifying pains, context, and business implications;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads, sales activities, and pipeline tracking;
  • Practical knowledge of sales methodologies and use of playbooks (e.g., SPIN Selling);
  • Understanding of key commercial performance metrics such as conversion rates, activity volume, and sales cycle;
  • Initiative, autonomy, and flexibility to work in a developing area with constantly evolving processes;
  • Ability to deliver results in high-performance environments with challenging targets;
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
