About the role

  • Management of individual and third-party legal cases;
  • Monitoring requests for benefits and expert/medical examinations;
  • Organizing hearing schedules (company representatives, witnesses, and documents);
  • Reviewing and adjusting settlement proposals;
  • Validating defenses, appeals, and procedural documents;
  • Supporting internal investigations for the application of disciplinary measures;
  • Responding to inquiries from internal departments;
  • Other activities compatible with the legal function.

Requirements

  • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
  • Based in São Paulo
  • Postgraduate specialization in labor law and labor procedure is a plus
