Analyst

• Responsible for monitoring the performance of servers, network assets, links and systems;
• Register network assets, servers and services in the monitoring system;
• Record failure incidents and track the resolution of incidents;
• Open tickets with third parties (link providers, third-party systems);
• Perform basic connectivity tests and, when necessary, notify the on-call technician;
• Meet SLAs for response, escalation and outage notifications;
• Complete shift handover documentation at the end of the shift;
• Assist in updating the client's infrastructure documentation;
• Perform basic configuration tasks on network assets according to company documentation;
• Provide first-level infrastructure support.
