About the role
- Overall responsibility for human resources management, with a particular focus on payroll and employment law issues
- Ensuring compliant and timely payroll processing
- Strategic development of all HR processes and tools, especially in the areas of payroll, compliance and digitalization
- Advising and supporting the executive management and line managers on HR and employment law matters
- Managing cooperation with the works council
- Responsibility for the personnel budget and reporting
- Leading, developing and motivating the HR team
- Enhancing the employer brand and supporting cultural transformation
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership position
- Solid knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining/tariff law, social security law, payroll tax law and modern HR tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and proven ability to drive implementation
- Experience in change management and/or digitalization projects is an advantage
