About the role
- Carry out HR administration responsibilities supporting Continental Europe across all business areas
- Liaise with employees and key business managers across Continental Europe to deliver HR-related activities and initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services and Payroll to ensure timely and accurate data and administration
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support onboarding of new providers and follow up actions using internal tools and systems
- Support and deliver local ad-hoc requests/tasks
- Support with the preparation of the work council (CSE) in France when required
- Report to the Human Resources Manager, Continental Europe and act as primary support
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working as an HR Assistant/HR Advisor/HR Generalist in a multicultural and fast-paced corporate environment
- German language mandatory
- English language mandatory
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge of WorkDay would be useful
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Nice-to-have: experience in Banking/Financial sectors
