About the role
- Process moderately complex client transactions for the funding of personal and consumer deals including Express deals.
- The agent will be responsible for processing change requests (out of orders) and to provide phone support.
- Take full accountability for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities, tasks, and activities ensuring a balanced focus on client experience, efficiency and effectiveness, and operational risk and compliance.
- Process work volumes as measured through established Service Lending Agreement (SLAs).
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exercise due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Available to work Monday to Saturday 10:00AM to 9:00PM (EST)
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Strong logic, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to Listen, Understand and Respond in a professional manner at all times
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a continuous learning environment
- Prior loan fulfillment experience
- Prior call center experience
- Bilingual in French and English an asset.
