About the role

  • Lead strategic workplace communication infrastructure initiatives across Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces
  • Oversee 300-400+ monthly tickets spanning structured cabling, IT cabinet services, audio-visual installations
  • Drive operational excellence through vendor coordination, process optimization, and capital budget management
  • Manage critical workplace infrastructure and maintain operational excellence and business continuity
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through performance appraisals and career development initiatives
  • Handle incident and change request escalations through ServiceNow

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with complex structured cabling solutions (copper and fibre)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure supporting corporate and retail sites within wider networks
  • Proven experience managing and overseeing 3rd party vendors delivering services
  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Strong capability to manage complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through completion
  • Proactive approach with ability to motivate yourself and drive initiatives independently
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
