Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Institution or professional services firm
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes
  • Superior knowledge of core financial processes
  • Strong process strategy, business optimization and re-engineering experience
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Strong negotiation, impact and influence, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to disrupt and challenge the status quo
