- Supports multiple senior leaders
- Lead critical/complex finance process reengineering initiatives
- Process redesign: Lead current state analysis and documentation
- Key contributor to the development of new global processes
- Support process redesign activities and business case development
- Facilitates and runs design workshops
- Responsible for initiative implementation and stakeholder communication
- Prepares and presents materials for decision support
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Institution or professional services firm
- Proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes
- Superior knowledge of core financial processes
- Strong process strategy, business optimization and re-engineering experience
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Strong negotiation, impact and influence, and stakeholder management
- Ability to disrupt and challenge the status quo
