Input trades and ensure they are processed accurately and on a timely basis
Assist with managing cash balances
Ensure that client portfolios are structured and managed within parameters outlined in the Investment Policy Statement and in accordance with RT investment policies and procedures
Draft and review Investment Policy Statements
Prepare client presentations and attend meetings as required
Ad hoc special projects

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the investment industry or strong finance background
University Degree
Successful completion of CSC (Canadian Securities Course)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
Enrolled in the CFA program (Chartered Financial Analyst) is nice to have
CIM Designation (Chartered Investment Manager) is nice to have
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Basic VBA) is nice to have
