About the role

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for all insurance product lines
  • Foster relationships with product development, enablement, sales, and distribution teams
  • Lead marketing budget and align to evolving key priorities
  • Empower and enable RBC's proprietary sales teams, third-party advisors and brokers
  • Design consumer-centric marketing programs (digital, social, content, and traditional media)
  • Mentor and develop a team of marketers
  • Monitor competitive landscapes, consumer behavior, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role (insurance, financial services, or related regulated industries preferred)
  • Proven success in product marketing, B2B/B2C campaign development, and sales enablement
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and analytics
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, creative problem-solving, and leadership abilities
