About the role
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for all insurance product lines
- Foster relationships with product development, enablement, sales, and distribution teams
- Lead marketing budget and align to evolving key priorities
- Empower and enable RBC's proprietary sales teams, third-party advisors and brokers
- Design consumer-centric marketing programs (digital, social, content, and traditional media)
- Mentor and develop a team of marketers
- Monitor competitive landscapes, consumer behavior, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role (insurance, financial services, or related regulated industries preferred)
- Proven success in product marketing, B2B/B2C campaign development, and sales enablement
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and analytics
- Track record of building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, creative problem-solving, and leadership abilities
