About the role
- Support Wealth Management (WM)-US Private Bankers and Private Banking team members to create a first-class experience
- Support Financial Advisors and clients through the origination and servicing process when utilizing banking and lending solutions
- Gather feedback from our Private Client Group (PCG) on enhancements to the technology platform and service model
- Train Client Associates to use the platform to perform service functions for credit
- Work with Private Bankers to properly report progress of business plans to WM-US executive and field leadership
Requirements
- Must-have 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience at a wealth management firm in a client-facing service role
- Proven dedication to and focus on client service with strong communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills
- Strong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems and future needs, and take ownership
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting financial advisors and client associates
- Nice-to-have: Experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firm
- Nice-to-have: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65)
