About the role

  • Provide project management support across our Commercial AI initiatives
  • Leverage program management tools and frameworks to drive results (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Agile, etc.)
  • Formulating program plans/milestones that balance business needs, technical risks, product performance, schedule constraints, costs and resource availability
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Banking focused AI projects for clients from ideation to execution, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to manage AI projects through all stages, including performance monitoring, optimization and ongoing product versions
  • Translate data into compelling narratives and insights for executive audiences to secure leadership support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years in technical program management, preferably in AI/ML or technology sectors
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications
  • Technical AI/ML Knowledge Requirements
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and generative AI concepts, applications, and industry trends
  • General knowledge of ML methodologies including reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, and computer vision
  • Experience working with technical/research teams and translating research into commercial applications
  • Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks
  • Experience planning, executing, and managing sprint cycles
  • JIRA for issue tracking and project management
  • Confluence for documentation and knowledge management
  • Additional PM tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects across technical teams
  • Experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks in AI initiatives
  • Managing computational resources, datasets, and team capacity
