About the role
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand relationships with key clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities
- Prioritize building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technology, to develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities
- Aim to renew contracts under favorable terms for client and C&C and cultivate profitable relationships
- Develop customized and detailed strategic development plans for client firms
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RIA client relationship management
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive solutions
- Strong business consultation skills
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 preferred, but not required
