About the role

  • Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in relation to Capital Markets Business and Client Services’ projects with particular emphasis on RPA.
  • Help identify automated solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs.
  • Provide assistance with designing and mapping business processes and procedures.
  • Analyze current state processes and provide meaningful suggestions for process re-engineering and technology implementation to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Support the detailed requirement phases by identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues.
  • Prepare and consolidate technical and business requirements documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the implementation plan.
  • Engage Automation Leads to plan, develop, and execute on automation initiatives.
  • Support User Acceptance and Integrated Systems Testing by initiating the planning and development of test cases and the execution of tests.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of RPA process development experience using Blue Prism automation software
  • Advanced .NET Framework competency or extensive experience with other programming frameworks
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • An Agile mindset and team player
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including presentation skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Science or Math desirable
  • Experience in assessing key business processes and documentation of process flows
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Above average skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to build strong, relationships with clients and stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Ability to facilitate the requirements gathering and analysis of key business process needs and toolset gaps
  • Good working knowledge of Capital Markets Business and Client Services functions and processes.
