About the role
- Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in relation to Capital Markets Business and Client Services’ projects with particular emphasis on RPA.
- Help identify automated solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs.
- Provide assistance with designing and mapping business processes and procedures.
- Analyze current state processes and provide meaningful suggestions for process re-engineering and technology implementation to improve efficiency and controls.
- Support the detailed requirement phases by identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues.
- Prepare and consolidate technical and business requirements documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of the implementation plan.
- Engage Automation Leads to plan, develop, and execute on automation initiatives.
- Support User Acceptance and Integrated Systems Testing by initiating the planning and development of test cases and the execution of tests.
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
Requirements
- 3+ years of RPA process development experience using Blue Prism automation software
- Advanced .NET Framework competency or extensive experience with other programming frameworks
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- An Agile mindset and team player
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including presentation skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Science or Math desirable
- Experience in assessing key business processes and documentation of process flows
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to build strong, relationships with clients and stakeholders across the enterprise
- Ability to facilitate the requirements gathering and analysis of key business process needs and toolset gaps
- Good working knowledge of Capital Markets Business and Client Services functions and processes.
