About the role

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of core business applications
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate enhancements & fixes, and ensure system stability
  • Monitor application performance metrics and user feedback to identify and implement optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve technical incidents
  • Provide direct support to front-office teams by addressing application-related queries
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for application enhancements or process improvements
  • Create user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications to guide development efforts
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align on priorities
  • Report on application performance, support metrics, and project progress to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Securities and Financial Markets experience
  • 2+ years in application support, business analysis, product ownership, or adjacent roles
  • Financial services front office experience exposure is a plus
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Agile/Scrum familiarity preferred
