About the role

  • Prepare and evaluate analyses to manage and further develop customer relationships
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and operational matters
  • Continuous coordination with customers to ensure their monthly service requirements are met by Raya
  • Manage customer projects in collaboration with internal teams
  • Systematically identify and capitalize on upselling and expansion opportunities with existing customers based on your own revenue targets
  • Develop measures for the continuous improvement of our service with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Radiology, IT, Marketing) and ensure a smooth flow of information

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a clinical setting, hospitality, account management, sales, or comparable fields
  • Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector is a strong advantage
  • A completed vocational qualification is sufficient; a university degree (e.g., in business) is an advantage but not required
  • You demonstrate a structured, organized, and goal-oriented working style
  • You have a quick grasp of new topics, show initiative, and have a strong commitment
  • You embody a service mentality with a cooperative manner while demonstrating an appropriate level of assertiveness
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1/C2)
