About the role

  • Shape and deliver the data product strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights
  • Own key data-driven areas of the product to create customer-focused solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering to design scalable data systems
  • Establish best practices for experimentation and measurement across the product organization
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to align product roadmap to their business outcomes
  • Take ownership of the product and influence the overall direction of the business.

Requirements

  • Strong product thinking with data fluency
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex data challenges into opportunities
  • Hands-on experience in shaping and delivering data product strategy
  • Experience in partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science, Insights, and Product Design
  • Capability to work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Passion for delivering impactful results and establishing best practices for data-informed decision-making.
