Business Analyst

• Support R&D and new vertical research, helping Ravio expand into new benchmarking areas, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Support our benchmarking QA process, ensuring data quality is consistent as our benchmarking coverage grows.
• Contribute to marketing insights, including data-driven blog posts and campaign analysis that showcase Ravio's compensation intelligence.
• Maintain and improve Looker's presentation layer, ensuring dashboards are accurate, accessible, and our semantic layer is well-structured for end users.
• Deliver custom benchmarks for our customers, producing accurate and commercially meaningful outputs for clients and our sales team.

Insights Analyst

Analytics Engineer

• Build and maintain well-structured, reusable data tables that serve as the source of truth for key business metrics, including ARR, product usage, and customer data.
• Translate commercial knowledge into correctly defined, consistent business logic that analysts and stakeholders can trust.
• Ensure interoperability across data sources by transforming and standardising data from across our product and tooling ecosystem.
• Manage and evolve our dbt codebase, maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Partner with the insights team on quarterly planning, prioritising data asset development to unlock analytical capacity.
• Proactively manage data changes — from product updates to source migrations — to maintain downstream consistency in Looker and beyond.

Data Analytics Engineer

Support Engineer

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from first-line Product Support, including deep-dives into HRIS and ATS integration behaviour, Ravio's REST APIs, data pipeline anomalies, and platform features such as Equity, Variable Pay, and Salary Bands.
• Act as the first-line incident owner, coordinating with Engineering via Linear to drive timely resolution. Provide clear, jargon-free technical updates to Customer Success, Sales, and other internal stakeholders through Slack and our internal tooling.
• Analyse support ticket patterns to identify recurring systemic issues – whether that's a common HRIS field mapping failure, a data quality gap, or a UX friction point. Lead efforts to implement long-term fixes by surfacing insights to Product and Engineering.
• Own the development of Ravio's Knowledge Base. Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, playbooks, and runbooks that empower first-line Product Support and customer-facing teams (CS, Sales) to resolve common issues independently and confidently.
• Support the data quality check step of customer onboarding, ensuring data from HRIS integrations meets Ravio's benchmarking standards before granting access to the platform.
• Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions. Gather, analyse, and surface common customer issues and usability feedback to help shape Ravio's product roadmap and improve supportability.
