About the role
- As a Founding Sales Development Representative you will join our Commercial Team, being responsible for setting up our SDR function from scratch, driving top-of-funnel pipeline, and partnering closely with the teams to test, learn, and scale what works.
- You will work directly with leadership, AEs, RevOps and Marketing to shape and refine our pipeline engine.
- You’ll combine high-volume, high-quality outbound activity (especially calling) with a personable, consultative approach.
- This role is focused on building a repeatable outbound engine – from bringing your expertise, to experimenting with messaging and channels, and to creating and refining SDR playbooks.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS, consistently generating pipeline and working closely alongside AEs
- A proven track record of outbound prospecting at scale, with strong phone presence and resilience in a high-activity environment
- A creative, experiment-driven mindset, with the ability to quickly test, learn and adjust when something isn’t working
- Strong analytical skills and a numbers-driven approach; you’re comfortable owning your metrics, reporting on performance and using data to improve
- A natural, personable communication style that builds rapport quickly and represents the brand thoughtfully
- Experience working cross-functionally (e.g. with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success) and an interest in shaping how the SDR function operates
- Ambition to grow your career by helping to build a function from the ground up, with potential to later step into a senior or leadership SDR position
