About the role

  • Developing and closing new business opportunities with mid-market level brokerages
  • Building and managing a pipeline of mid-market level prospects across the brokerage sector
  • Presenting digital marketing solutions designed for the Real Estate / Brokerage market
  • Leading the full sales cycle from cold outbounding to negotiation and closing
  • Establishing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders within brokerages
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams across US and Australia
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Hubspot
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • at least 2 years in a B2B mid-market or solutions sales role
  • Strong understanding of real estate, brokerage models, or PropTech highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing five-figure deals
  • Deep networks and the ability to leverage existing relationships in the residential real estate space
  • Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
