About the role
- Developing and closing new business opportunities with mid-market level brokerages
- Building and managing a pipeline of mid-market level prospects across the brokerage sector
- Presenting digital marketing solutions designed for the Real Estate / Brokerage market
- Leading the full sales cycle from cold outbounding to negotiation and closing
- Establishing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders within brokerages
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams across US and Australia
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Hubspot
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- at least 2 years in a B2B mid-market or solutions sales role
- Strong understanding of real estate, brokerage models, or PropTech highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing five-figure deals
- Deep networks and the ability to leverage existing relationships in the residential real estate space
- Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
