Requirements

Demonstrable first-hand experience of working as a professional Software Engineer across the software development lifecycle.
A good understanding of Agile practices and experience leading Agile ceremonies
Experience coaching and mentoring more junior engineers
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work
The ability to deliver and receive high quality constructive feedback
Strong communication skills outside of your team with non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive approach to improve processes, security, resilience, scalability, performance, stability, quality and cost effectiveness of the software you work on.
Experience with multiple high-level languages such as Ruby, JavaScript, or Python
Experience with relational database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of managing infrastructure on platforms such as Heroku, Cloudflare, and AWS using Infrastructure as Code
An interest in education, especially around computer science, physical computing, and digital making
