Product Manager

• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and iteration
• Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products and features
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities
• Analyze product performance and usage data to drive product decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, customer success, operations, and leadership

Product Designer

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products
• Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Improve usability and simplify complex workflows within the platform
• Ensure consistency across the product through strong visual and interaction design
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user behavior, and testing
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine features and improve the user experience

UX/UI Designer

Account Executive

• Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new auction suppliers through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationship development
• Drive consistent monthly auction participation by increasing supplier submissions and growing existing account volume
• Aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the diamond, jewelry, pawn, luxury resale, manufacturing, and estate markets
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through onboarding, relationship management, and account expansion
• Upsell and grow existing supplier accounts by identifying additional auction opportunities and increasing submission frequency and volume
• Maintain a high level of outbound activity including calls, emails, follow-ups, and pipeline development
• Build strong supplier relationships that drive repeat business, loyalty, and long-term revenue growth
• Develop targeted outreach strategies for key market segments and high-potential accounts
• Educate suppliers on Rapaport’s auction services, processes, and market opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account tracking within Salesforce
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and processing teams to ensure a seamless supplier experience
• Represent Rapaport Auctions at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed
