About the role
- Identify key provisions of sales contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and services contracts
- Record, organize, track, and manage all legal contract data based on key provisions
- Create reporting functionality for different data types
- Update and develop legal data policies and procedures with the team
- Prepare analytics or executive summaries regarding contract terms upon request
Requirements
- Detail oriented and good with specifics
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written
- Critical comprehensive reading skills, legal or contract reading experience a plus
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Strong analytical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to be agile in a working environment
- Pro-active and results driven
- Team oriented
