About the role
- Generate and close new business opportunities within the Western Germany territory
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Strategic segment (1,500–7,500 employees)
- Prospect creatively to source new leads and align Rapid7’s offerings to customer needs
- Collaborate closely with Channel, Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and sustained account growth
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle sales experience in software or technology, ideally cybersecurity
- Demonstrated success generating revenue through prospecting and new business creation
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to uncover customer pain points
- Fluent in German and English
