About the role

  • Generate and close new business opportunities within the Western Germany territory
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Strategic segment (1,500–7,500 employees)
  • Prospect creatively to source new leads and align Rapid7’s offerings to customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with Channel, Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and sustained account growth

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle sales experience in software or technology, ideally cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated success generating revenue through prospecting and new business creation
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to uncover customer pain points
  • Fluent in German and English
