About the role
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Poland
- Prospect creatively to build pipeline and align Rapid7’s solutions to customer needs
- Collaborate closely with Channel, Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account growth
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle sales experience in software or technology, ideally cybersecurity
- Demonstrated success generating revenue through prospecting and new business creation
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to uncover customer pain points
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
- Fluent in Polish and English
