About the role

  • Support sales and business activities
  • Support sales and marketing
  • Pre-qualify leads
  • Prepare sales materials, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Support deal preparation, pricing, and pipeline tracking
  • Support daily operations
  • Assist in structuring and improving internal processes and tools
  • Support coordination between sales, operations, and product
  • Take on small projects and execute them end-to-end
  • Work directly with the founder on high-priority topics
  • Translate ideas into structured tasks, analyses, and execution
  • Support fundraising
  • Provide ad-hoc problem-solving support when needed

Requirements

  • Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and execution
  • Structured thinker with a willingness to take ownership
  • Comfortable working on-site in Frankfurt at least 50% of the time
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Hands-on mentality: you like getting things done, not just talking about them
  • Can be a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
  • Previous startup experience is not required
  • Curiosity, reliability, and speed are more important than your CV
  • Interest in sales, operations, or marketplaces
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Excel, or CRM systems is a plus (knowledge of additional languages such as French, Dutch, Polish is also a plus)
