Accountant

• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items on a timely basis.
• Analyze general ledger activity and account balances to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and exercises professional judgement in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Company policies related to accounting transactions.
• Assist with financial reporting, audit support, and other accounting projects as assigned. Analyzes financial results and identifies accounting issues requiring research and resolution.

• Prepare accounts receivable analyses and forecasting in support of the Company's short-term cash forecasting process by monitoring expected customer collections.

• Perform successful installations at new and existing customer sites

Field Service Engineer II

Accounting Manager

• Manage Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and general accounting functions;
• Develop, mentor, and train staff;
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure;
• Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close, including ownership of close calendar; preparation of monthly consolidations/reporting, ownership of the FloQast close tracker, and monthly flux analyses;
• Perform certain higher risk, and review team’s account reconciliations, including routine monthly journal entries;
• Support and oversight of the global payroll function, including review of payroll processing and compliance, including equity reporting; serve as processing backup for Payroll, Concur, and Egencia expense processing back-up;
• Provide oversight over and maintain process documentation for the accounting team to ensure clear allocation of responsibilities, and appropriate tracking to deliverables;
• Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, system upgrades and implementations, enhanced reporting capabilities, and special projects in support of the Corporate Controller;

• Collaborate with the Controller and Reporting Manager on the revenue recognition process, including annual ASC 606 SSP analyses for system sales, and review of SSP analysis for individual system sales, including ensuring the appropriate identification of non-standard terms;
• Collaborate with the Controller and Reporting Manager on SOX 404(a) internal controls over financial reporting are documented, monitored and adhered to;
• Working closely with legal/compliance and Reporting Manager in ensuring appropriate accounting for GAAP equity reporting, which includes the Company’s stock option, RSU, and ESPP plans
• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions; work closely with the Controller and Reporting Manager on developing positions for and drafting technical accounting memos;
• Collaborate with the Reporting Manager on managing through quarterly reviews and annual audits with independent auditors, and preparing routine deliverables for our annual tax provision

Account Executive

• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed growth targets by selling new instruments to new and existing customers within the Northeast North American Region.
• Negotiate and close high value capital equipment (GD) sales, including follow-on services and consumables.
• Grow and manage the sales pipeline, targeting 30+ accounts, while accurately forecasting customer progress and pending POs with quarterly success.
• Provide technical expertise during the selling process to establish customer interest, qualify customers, facilitate product selection, and coordinate post-sale services.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to expand the customer base within the Northeast North American Region.
• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase the adoption of Growth Direct™ and automated quality control solutions across target industries.
