About the role
- Operational customer support: You handle support requests in a structured, solution-oriented manner via our ticketing system, by email, and, if necessary, by phone.
- Analysis & problem solving: You analyze customer issues (e.g., application questions, configurations, data or process logic) and develop appropriate solutions.
- Independent ticket handling: You prioritize your tasks independently, maintain an overview even during higher volumes, and communicate clearly and transparently with customers.
- Team collaboration: You coordinate closely with colleagues as well as product and engineering teams and escalate issues in a structured way when needed.
- Knowledge building & documentation: You document solutions in a clear, reproducible manner and actively contribute to expanding our knowledge base and support processes.
- Contribution to team structure & efficiency: You help make the day-to-day support work more efficient—for example, through proper prioritization, proactive suggestions for workflows, and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in customer or technical support, ideally in a software or ERP environment.
- Interest in learning and working with complex systems and processes.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style—even when handling many concurrent topics.
- Ability to identify relationships and explain them clearly.
- Willingness to take on responsibility within the team (e.g., sharing knowledge, supporting others, contributing to workflow improvements).
- Clear and empathetic communication with customers.
- High degree of personal responsibility and reliability.
