About the role
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
- 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
- Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts
- Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
- Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
- Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
- Participate in SCRUM calls
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of development experience with JS or ServiceNow
- Experience working with ITOM products is a plus
- Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
- Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
