About the role
- Manage and convert all inbound leads
- Build and grow relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new opportunities (upsell & expansion)
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to close
- Work closely with marketing to improve conversion
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
- Experience in SaaS (a strong plus)
- Spanish & Native English (Nice to have) or C2 English – you’ll work with UK/USA clients
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot or CRM tools
- Highly proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Occasional travel might be required
