About the role
- Identify high-impact projects and unlock new customer segments while nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored automation solutions, craft compelling proposals, and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales to shape and execute national sales strategies that deliver results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, business partners, and industry leaders—both nationally and internationally.
- Guide every step of the customer journey, from prospecting to closing.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in automated packaging solutions.
- A hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing complex sales.
- Deep experience working with integrators, engineers, and operations managers.
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, CRM platforms, and project planning.
- A consultative approach to selling technical, high-value solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence and charisma across all levels—from warehouse floors to C-suites.
- A passion for innovation, independence, and making things happen.
