About the role
- Write campaign copy across paid social, web, email, brand initiatives, and webpages
- Build case studies, proof stories, and client-success narratives
- Create email nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns
- Support sales enablement with decks, proposals, and one-pagers
- Write pages in collaboration with SEO specialists for SEO/AI search visibility copy
- Lead PIM and PIMCON event pages, sponsor copy, and speaker promotions
- Develop CTA frameworks, messaging tests, and conversion experiments
- Help establish brand and messaging standards across the organization
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of copywriting experience in B2B, agency, SaaS, legal, or high-consideration services
- Proven experience writing for paid media, social, lifecycle, websites, and sales enablement
- Strong understanding of CRO, funnel stages, and audience psychology
- Ability to translate marketing concepts into clear, outcome-driven messaging
- Experience collaborating with SEO, paid media, design, and sales teams
- Exceptional storytelling skills with a bias toward measurable outcomes
- Excels at shifting tone of voice for different audiences / channels
- Strong cross-collaboration skills across marketing and sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
- A portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant copy (campaigns, landing pages, email, case studies, etc.).
