About the role
- Drive revenue growth and build a sustainable customer pipeline
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored nutritional solutions that foster loyalty and measurable outcomes
- Provide technical expertise and field support to current and prospective customers
- Enhance Rangen’s industry credibility by effectively communicating the science and value proposition behind products and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sales tools, strategies, and customer engagement initiatives that support business objectives
- Own account-level management, forecasting, budgeting, and Gros Margin tracking to support territory and business profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in livestock nutrition, animal health, or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of Animal Science/Ruminant Nutrition experience a plus
- Sales experience in Agriculture or Feed industry a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholders
- A collaborative, self-motivated professional who combines scientific curiosity with a drive for business growth
- Familiarity with quick problem-solving expertise in customer-facing role
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region
