About the role

Requirements

  • Assists with the screening and interviews of operational candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification.
  • Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests.
  • Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.
  • Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjust approaches accordingly to attract operational candidates.
  • Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify operational candidates with limited online presence.
  • Develops relationships with operational candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.
  • Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to operational candidates.
