About the role
- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline

Requirements
- Assists with the screening and interviews of operational candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification
- Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests
- Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders
- Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjust approaches accordingly to attract operational candidates
- Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify operational candidates with limited online presence
- Develops relationships with operational candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
- Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to operational candidates
