About the role
- Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
- Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
- Researches on industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
- Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
- Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks.
- Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
- Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- Performs assignments using existing procedures.
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
- Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
