About the role
- Implement projects and provide guidance to the operations team;
- Manage server virtualization in VMware and Hyper-V environments;
- Manage services in public and private cloud environments;
- Manage Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement them;
- Collaborate with infrastructure service partners to resolve issues;
- Provide technical management of projects and the procurement of IT services and solutions;
- Contribute to the creation of contingency plans, backup policies, and operational standards;
- Propose improvements to the infrastructure technology environment;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
- Intermediate English;
- Experience administering Microsoft and Linux servers and services;
