About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for different departments and levels;
- Work in partnership with leaders and business areas to understand requirements and candidate profiles;
- Use sourcing tools and agile methodologies to attract top talent;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience;
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews, group exercises, and behavioral assessments;
- Support employer branding and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
- Knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter);
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and strategic business insight;
- Considered a plus: experience recruiting in industrial environments; knowledge of Gupy, SAP, and Power BI.
