  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for different departments and levels;
  • Work in partnership with leaders and business areas to understand requirements and candidate profiles;
  • Use sourcing tools and agile methodologies to attract top talent;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience;
  • Conduct in-person and remote interviews, group exercises, and behavioral assessments;
  • Support employer branding and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter);
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and strategic business insight;
  • Considered a plus: experience recruiting in industrial environments; knowledge of Gupy, SAP, and Power BI.
