About the role

  • Performing accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group
  • Processing invoices for the Group
  • Acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense and payment queries
  • Reconciling the accounts payable ledger
  • Invoice matching in Bank
  • Automating of AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time and smoother Month End Close
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Manage AP systems (Net Suite, Approval Max, Zone OCR)
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment
  • Working independently and owning end-to-end processes
  • Understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Data entry skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude
  • Net Suite experience
