About the role
- Drive net new leads for Ramp, with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on our website and Top-of-Funnel demand generation campaigns.
- Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on our website, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth & Marketing teams.
- Leverage web analytics tools to monitor website performance and uncover trends and opportunities.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, user traffic patterns, and sales lead generation.
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp’s growth goals
- Collaborate across Growth and Marketing teams to coordinate web launches and automate workflows through AI to accelerate processes and bottlenecks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing or adjacent field
- Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
- High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner
- Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate and improve your work
- SQL proficiency (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with no-code / low-code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow, Retool) (Nice-to-Haves)
