About the role
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
- Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
- Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
- Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce
Requirements
- Expected graduation date in December 2026 or by 2027.
- Pursuing a B.S. (or higher) degree from a four-year accredited university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools & processes
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- Deep interest in understanding business challenges
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles (Nice to Haves)
- Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) (Nice to Haves)
- Experience with financial services sales (Nice to Haves)
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Nice to Haves)
- Ability to understand financial services (Nice to Haves)
