About the role
- Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
- Build content briefs and frameworks that guide writers, designers, and campaign managers.
- Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- Develop launch kits for product/feature releases (battlecards, FAQs, internal comms).
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to shape GTM narratives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Content Writer to ensure tone, voice, and messaging consistency.
- Identify and lead strategic content initiatives (whitepapers, webinars, landing pages).
- Ensure alignment of all internal materials to buyer stages and healthcare personas.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
- See bigger picture. You are a creative planner who develops long-term strategies while keeping in mind market dynamics, business objectives, and competitive pressures, while anticipating trends and shifts in the market.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or strategic content roles in Healthcare.
- Background in SaaS, B2B, or healthcare technology highly preferred.
- Strong storytelling, copy strategy, and research skills.
- Experience collaborating across product, sales, and creative teams.
- Proficiency with frameworks (positioning matrix, buyer personas, JTBD, messaging maps).
- Comfort using AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) to accelerate development.
- RT or MTech credentials will be beneficial
- Deep understanding of radiology workflows, decision-makers (radiologists, imaging IT, health systems), and AI regulatory and reimbursement environments.
