About the role
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process, from defining hiring needs to closing candidates
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers and leadership
- Proactively identify and engage the best talent across Germany
- Ensure a transparent recruiting pipeline
- Design a compelling candidate experience
- Standardize recruiting processes and support the development of a strong employer brand
- Support the onboarding of new hires
Requirements
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or tech environment
- Experience in active sourcing
- Data-driven working style
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Hands-on mentality, ownership, and a partner mindset
- Fluent in German and English; comfortable working in an international environment
