• Inbound funnel ownership: You qualify incoming leads, prioritize them and independently drive them through the full sales cycle to close.
• Site visits & closing: You conduct on-site appointments with prospects in Berlin — and coordinate team members in other cities to perform local walkthroughs.
• Funnel management: CRM hygiene, disciplined follow-up and conversion tracking are your responsibility — you always know the status of every lead.
• Customer communication: You hold conversations that build trust — by phone, video and in person.
• Market intelligence: You provide structured market feedback to the CCO and the product team — objections, buying motives and competitor observations.

• M&A Outbound Ownership: Du identifizierst systematisch potenzielle Akquisitionsziele und skalierst unseren datengetriebenen Prospecting-Prozess.
• Multi-Channel-Kampagnen: Du konzipierst und exekutierst eigenständig Outbound-Kampagnen über LinkedIn, E-Mail, Telefon und weitere Kanäle.
• Funnel Management: Du ownst den Funnel von der ersten Impression bis zur Qualifizierung. CRM-Hygiene, Sequenz-Optimierung und Conversion-Tracking liegen in deiner Hand.
• SMB Sales: Parallel überträgst Du Learnings aus dem M&A Funnel auf unseren Sales.
• Teamaufbau & Leadership: Mit zunehmender Pipeline-Skalierung rekrutierst und führst du ein schlagkräftiges Outbound-Team.

Operations

• Integration & Transformation: You will work closely with the VP Operations to integrate newly acquired companies and bring their operations up to Ralph’s standards.
• Process Design: You will develop playbooks, standards, escalation logic and decision routines for recurring operational situations.
• Automation: You will identify manual, error-prone processes and collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations to build improved, automated solutions.
• People & Change: You will support new ways of working, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure that changes are effectively adopted by the team.
• Execution: You will lead high-impact transformation projects that directly improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Escalation Management: You will step in on complex operational issues, structure the facts and translate them into concrete next steps.
