About the role
- Identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, missing values, and other data quality issues within our fitness partner network.
- Define, develop, implement, and maintain data validation scripts for automated data quality checks.
- Deliver reports on data quality issues, network status, and other operational metrics.
- Review member and client nominations and route them appropriately for research and resolution.
- Support secure file transfers for network partners, including setting up new SFTP connections and troubleshooting existing ones.
- Collaborate with Network Development and Network Management teams to anticipate and manage data changes.
- Create and maintain scalable documentation for data quality processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and execution.
- Apply critical and creative thinking to solve complex data challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL)
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
