Work closely with leaders at all levels to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers offering guidance, coaching, and support
Partner with international managers to strengthen leadership skills, support team development, and advise on day-to-day management challenges
Manage employee-related matters throughout the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding
Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement and wellbeing, including onboarding experiences, team-building events, celebrations, and volunteer activities
Build strong relationships across the organization, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Office Manager, People Analytics and global HRBPs to deliver people initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a global high-tech or tech-driven organization (ideally experience supporting EMEA regions)
Experience supporting tech teams is a strong advantage
Strong consultation and coaching skills with ability to influence and challenge managers and leaders while building trust and credibility
A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with ability to quickly adapt, learn, and execute
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
High proficiency in English
Experience working as part of an HR team, collaborating closely with other HR functions
A passion for employee experience with a creative mindset and ability to design and execute innovative initiatives that enhance engagement and culture
