About the role

  • Work closely with leaders at all levels to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers offering guidance, coaching, and support
  • Partner with international managers to strengthen leadership skills, support team development, and advise on day-to-day management challenges
  • Manage employee-related matters throughout the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement and wellbeing, including onboarding experiences, team-building events, celebrations, and volunteer activities
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Office Manager, People Analytics and global HRBPs to deliver people initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a global high-tech or tech-driven organization (ideally experience supporting EMEA regions)
  • Experience supporting tech teams is a strong advantage
  • Strong consultation and coaching skills with ability to influence and challenge managers and leaders while building trust and credibility
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with ability to quickly adapt, learn, and execute
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency in English
  • Experience working as part of an HR team, collaborating closely with other HR functions
  • A passion for employee experience with a creative mindset and ability to design and execute innovative initiatives that enhance engagement and culture
