• Drive key talent priorities including onboarding and offboarding, total rewards, HR systems and analytics, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll, benefits, and compliance delivery across geographies.
• Streamline and automate workflows to enhance employee experience and support growth.
• Utilize AI and Agentic AI solutions to deliver HR outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally (benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS, talent, business partners) to deliver integrated employee-first solutions.
• Lead and continuously improve the HR Service Delivery model.
• Drive a data-driven approach through optimized HR systems, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee policies, training, audits, and reporting requirements to maintain internal controls and reduce organizational risk.
• Support international expansion and M&A activity and adapt approaches to diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
• Lead a global team of People Operations Managers and Specialists, mentor and develop team capabilities.
• Report directly to the VP, People Foundation and shape People Operations strategy and execution.
